Hormone Support: Protein

Ladies, you know we need to be getting enough protein and if you're like me, I actually crave it. I need high-protein little snackies throughout the day, and I also supplement with a protein powder - that is now that I found one that is completely indetectible ;) ha! Smoothie tips:

  • Use water as your liquid to reduce sneaky calories adding up

  • Try adding a small handful of fresh spinach leaves to your smoothie to increase iron and get your greens

  • If you made too much, freeze in ice cube trays for another time

  • Try adding a TBSP of almond or cashew butter for added protein and healthy fats

  • Adding coconut water to your smoothie can add electrolytes for those days when you're needing the extra hydration
