Follow up visit to clients who have already completed initial intake assessment
Service Description
30-minute follow-up session for those who have already completed an initial visit and started a care plan. This visit is for the purpose of discussing existing care plans, troubleshooting side-effects, and making adjustments as needed. If you have NOT completed an initial visit with me, please start by scheduling a 120-minute intake interview and complete the assessment. Please note that there is only ONE complimentary follow-up session per patient following the initial interview. If the appointment is missed without proper cancellation, the free session cannot be replaced and follow-up visits will need to be scheduled as separate appointments.
