Service Description

For those ready to empower themselves through a journey into the dark side of their psyche, face their demons and learn to channel this energy to work for them instead of against them. Learn how to uncover the underlying forces and beliefs that keep us in a never-ending cycle of repeating the same destructive behaviors. Tap into your innate powerful sources of creativity to reframe your reality. In this session, we will use meditation, journal techniques, active imagination exercises and motivational interviewing to identify your "demons" and get to know them. We will then decide on a ritual or creative project to honor the message that this part of you has been carrying.
