I specialize in culinary herbalism, helping you integrate herbs into your diet for optimal wellness. The first step is an assessment. Please complete this prior to our initial visit. We will discuss my recommendations and develop a care plan together. Includes one free 30-minute follow-up session to discuss progress, troubleshoot side-effects and make any adjustments as needed.
