Service Description
This package includes: 1 90-minute initial intake session + 6 30 minute follow up sessions. During the first session I will conduct an in-depth analysis to customize your individual quit plan. Statistics indicate that 6 weekly follow up sessions will give you your best chances of successfully quitting using tobacco for good. These follow up sessions last 30 minutes and can be done over the phone or through Zoom. During these sessions we will use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Modification, and other lifestyle adaptation techniques to build you a beautiful tobacco-free life that is realistic for you. This program combines the CDC's clinical practical guidelines with holistic modalities for the most dynamic approach customized for each individual.
