This package includes an initial intake session + 6 follow up sessions. During the first session I will conduct an in-depth analysis to customize your individual quit plan. Plan to set aside 90 minutes for the initial session. Statistics indicate that 6 weekly follow up sessions will give you your best chances of successfully quitting smoking/chewing tobacco for good. These follow up sessions typically last 30-90 minutes and can be done over the phone from the comfort of your own home. During these sessions we will use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Modification, and other lifestyle adaptation techniques to build you a beautiful tobacco-free life that is realistic for you. This program was built around the CDC's clinical practical guidelines, as well as spiritual healing, essential oils and art therapy.
